Take The Journey With The Jetties – Episode 107

The Jetties Performing on Kilson Street

A full year after The Jetties first contacted us to be on Kilson Street, we finally had some luck to record a full session with these guys. Even after all the time we spent going back and forth, it was great to at last have The mighty Jetties on our show.

I think the greatest thing this band has going for them is their time and dedication to their craft. Despite a few setbacks with people leaving the group, they managed to keep the core group together and are releasing a ton of material online for you to hear. And after hearing their Album Sumatra Place I think these guys are on the road to solidify their presence on the So Cal Indie scene. It’s a fun, refreshing, and well recorded hidden gem I believe.

As we keep turning the wheels here on Kilson Street, grinding it out to make sure all of this content gets released to the masses, we are extremely appreciative of acts like The Jetties that grace us with their music. Thanks to The Jetties for coming through and for having the patience to make it through a recording with us.

We are finding ourselves in a very very busy time in the life of the show since we’re trying to juggle work, family, a new business venture, and helping out with Viva La Vida. But with all the fun we have making these episodes, the extra work and time spent making them is completely worth it. We know you want more, but please bear with us as we adjust. We have a ton of new episodes just waiting to be finished and seen by the world.
